In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, TP Insurance has integrated its management system to enable the receipt and handling of reports related to whistleblowing matters.
TP Insurance is committed to ensuring that whistleblowing reports are handled with seriousness, confidentiality and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
1. Purpose
The whistleblowing procedure allows the reporting of conduct, acts or omissions that may constitute violations of applicable laws, regulations, internal rules or principles of professional conduct relevant to the activities of TP Insurance.
2. How to submit a report
Reports may be submitted in written or oral form.
In both cases, reports may be sent to the following email address:
The report may also include a request for a direct meeting with the person appointed by the Company to handle whistleblowing matters.
3. Information to include in a report
In order to allow proper assessment and handling of the report, the whistleblower is invited to provide, where possible, clear and detailed information regarding the reported facts.
The report may include, by way of example:
- a description of the facts reported;
- the date or period in which the facts occurred;
- the persons or entities involved, where known;
- any documents or evidence useful for assessing the report;
- any additional information that may help reconstruct the circumstances of the case.
4. Confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower
TP Insurance ensures security protocols aimed at providing maximum protection and confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity.
The identity of the whistleblower, as well as any information from which such identity may be directly or indirectly inferred, will be handled with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable law.
Reports will be managed only by authorised persons and through appropriate organisational and technical safeguards.
5. Handling of reports
Whistleblowing reports are assessed and handled in accordance with the applicable legal framework and internal procedures adopted by TP Insurance.
The Company will take the necessary steps to examine the report, request any further information where needed and manage the matter in a fair, confidential and traceable manner.
6. Protection against retaliation
TP Insurance does not tolerate any form of retaliation, discrimination or penalisation against individuals who submit whistleblowing reports in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
